Stock & Shipping
JP4mance Tuning Parts offer a large range of parts but it is not possible to keep a stock of all parts listed in our inventory. Tracking numbers are available on request. Until your order is delivered your order status will remain preparing. The shipping date will depend on stock of the ordered products and the time required to obtain them from a manufacturer. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch of your order for in stock items. If the item is back ordered the customer will be notified by email. Full refund will be issued at the customers request if the item is back ordered for more than 14 working days. This does not include pre-arranged sales of special order items which are not listed on the website at the time of purchase. Quotations are available upon request for special order parts which are valid for 5 days from time of issue unless otherwise stated. By acceptance of payment the contract is formed and agreed by the customer. We are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after card authorization or bank transfer date(s)
We are NOT responsible for applicable import duties/and/or taxes incurred into any country; it is understood that import tax charges and brokerage fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Importer.
We are NOT responsible for storage charges incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, strikes, civil commotion, acts of war or short shipment howsoever incurred
We are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of partial shipment, short shipment or Non-delivery by any carrier for any reason
we are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any of our Website pricing; and/or Freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion, we will cancel or amend any order placed with us.
We reserve the right to withdraw; modify, or otherwise rescind, any quotation given at our discretion or cancel any order at any time.
We reserve the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and/or availability of any and all parts and products offered by JP4mance Tuning Parts at any time and for any reason
We are NOT responsible for manufacturer’s changes in design, colour, or materials of parts or accessories supplied.

Export Restrictions We currently only ship within the UK and Europe. Delivery cost will vary with your location and price will be calculated at check out prior to purchase. European shipping cost's vary according to shipping weight and dimensions so please contact us with your requirements prior to check out so a pro-forma invoice can be sent.

Royal Mail International Signed For (Two Working Day Delivery to Europe or Non-Mainland UK, £30 Insurance as standard with extra insurance quoted upon request)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day by 1pm delivery within UK where post code's, £500 insurance as standard with extra insurance quoted upon request)

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Standard UK delivery service within UK post code's, insurance up to 100 times the price of a basic weight 1st class stamp)

Fastway Couriers (UK delivery insurance up to £250 to selected UK area's)

These delivery services require a signature upon receipt. Please allow at least 24 hours before requesting a tracking reference.

In some circumstances it may be required by us to use a different service in order to send your parcel where the allocated service is unavailable for what ever reason. This will usually be a complimentary upgrade and will not delay your order. Should this not be the case we will contact you to advise before dispatch.

Warranty

No warranty or gaurantee expessed or implied is given by JP4mance Tuning Parts. We honour the manufacturers terms of waranty and/or guarantee where transferable.

Damaged Goods
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit. Should a product arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Lost or damaged goods can only be refunded to the maximum insurance allowance for the shipping method or value of goods, what ever is the lesser amount. Claims can only be made within 24 hours of receipt so please check your item upon receipt.

Undelivered/Lost Goods
If after 10 FULL working days not including the date your order was dispatched your good(s) are still undelivered please follow the following procedure: Contact us for a tracking reference. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good(s). If no one was present to sign for the delivery on the first or second attempt made next working day they will have been returned to the depot or post office where they are stored for a period of 5 - 20 days. If after this period of time the good(s) have still not been collected or a re-scheduled delivery arranged by the customer they will be either destroyed or returned to us at the discretion of the carrier (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good(s) have been returned to us please refer to the section further down this page. If the goods are not at your local depot please contact us to inform us that your goods have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the goods were ordered.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Goods incorrectly supplied can be returned and exchanged for the correct goods by prior agreement if contacted within 24 hours of receipt providing we have sufficient stock available. If this is not the case an alternative or full refund will be offered. The cost of return postage will be refunded in this case if the goods are returned by a royal mail signed for or special delivery service. It is the customers responsibility to retain proof of postage and to insure the goods are insured against loss or damage. Refer to our refund policy below before contacting us or sending back any goods.


Missing Goods
All orders are considered correct and complete after they have been delivered to the customer and accepted for 24 hours so please make sure you fully check your order when it arrives. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt regarding any shortage claims. No refunds or exchanges can be made after 24 hours of receipt.

Customer Responsibility
The customer is expected to take reasonable care when using any product we provide, the customer is expected to take reasonable care when fitting any product provided by us. It is the customers responsibility to decide if they personally or the appointed person(s) have the ability to fit or use any product we provide, we will not replace or refund any product damaged by the customer. Strictly no refund on any parts once installed or fitted to any vehicle. Parts returned in a non re-re-sale condition will be returned at the customers expense which is equal to the postage cost at time of purchase. The goods in this case will be stored for a period of no more than 30 days after which time they will be disposed of to cover storage costs if the postage cost's have not been paid to return them to the customer. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Items may be refused refund or replacement if the manufacturers packaging is not returned with the goods as supplied. We are not responsible for any misprints, typographical errors or any costs associated with the installation of any products. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of prior agreement and a returns number sent. Cancellations of orders are subject to a 10% processing fee providing the item has not been sent. No cancellation on Special Order Items. No cancellations on group purchase or group buy orders. Many products listed here are dedicated racing items and are not intended for street use in emission controlled vehicles. Unless otherwise indicated, these parts are not to be installed in vehicles subject to emission control regulations. Check with your emission regulating authority before installation of any parts listed here which do not carry emissions compliance. JP4mance Tuning Parts make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to the emission law compliance of any of its customers vehicles. Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks when performing modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. JP4mance Tuning Parts hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are legal for racing vehicles only which may never be used upon a road.

Postal Payments / Currency
We recommend you use either Recorded or Special delivery to send any postal payments. On-line payments take president as they are instant so any item(s) that are no longer in stock when a postal payment is received can not be dispatched, we will endeavor to offer an alternative if this is the case but are unable to hold an item(s) for you on the strength of an intention to pay via post being placed. Full postal details are given if and when you select an option to pay via post at the website check out. We only accept payments in UK currency, GBP (Pound Stirling).

Product Images
We endeavor to keep all images as a true representation of the goods supplied but in some cases it is necessary for a product to get a true representation of its use it has to be shown with additional items or parts so please refer to the product description to get a true representation of the goods supplied, if the description is not clear or you are not clear of exactly what is supplied with your purchase then please contact us by e-mail which will be answered as soon as is possible.

Goods returned to us 

Goods returned to us by any carrier as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown address, refused or for any other similar reason they will be stored by us for a maximum of 30 working days. Re-delivery is subject to a £10 restocking fee per consignment to cover return cost's if incurred. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us to arrange re-delivery within this time period. Re-delivery cost will be equal to the delivery cost at time of the original postage and will be paid by the customer along with the re-stocking fee before the items are re-delivered. Payment must be made from the same source as the original purchase.

Refund Policy
All customers paying by Visa and Master card have a seven day cooling off period where you are entitled to a refund provided the products returned meet the the above terms and conditions. If you are unclear about anything please do not hesitate to contact us. You must contact us to obtain a unique returns reference number before posting the item back to us. Failure to do so will result in delays if and when the return is accepted for exchange or refund. Please enclose your original order number, returns reference number, your postal address and the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. Return postage cost's will be refunded if returned by a signed for delivery service in the event that the item returned did not match that of the item description. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item to be returned is packaged to avoid damage in transit.

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. What do we do with the information? We will use the information to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about any new products. Customers cars in our gallery are shown at their discretion. Information provided is deemed as accurate at time of listing. All number plates will be blanked before listing on our gallery. No guarantee is made that we will show your car and all pictures are subject to approval prior to show. Information you provide will not be shared other than the details required for the gallery.

"Cookies"are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer hard drive by your browser. These allow us to store your account information and provide features to make your shopping on our website easier. Most browsers allow the cookie function to be turned off. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users have the choice to indicate if they would like to be contacted by JP4mance Tuning Parts in the future and may opt-out of receiving future mailings.
