HKS timing belts ware formed by forming a mould with the correct shape teeth to begin with allowing the teeth shape to be formed without compromising belt strength which can decrease belt skipping on high torque engines.
Each HKS cam belt application has been designed specifically for optimum strength and durability, allowing stable tension even when heat expansion occurs in the engine.
